Made using the ancient bilona (hand-churned) method from the A2 milk of Badri cows — a native Himalayan breed that grazes freely on alpine meadows above 1,800 m. The milk is first cultured into curd overnight, then hand-churned to extract white butter, which is slowly simmered in clay pots over wood fire. Rich in butyric acid, CLAs, and fat-soluble vitamins. Shelf stable for 12 months.
